• • For senior positions, candidates who are deemed suitable after the interview and technical tests may undergo a competency assessment that assesses their proficiency in professional dimensions relevant to their level of employment.

• • Employment suitability checks including credit, criminal, citizenship, employment references, and qualification verifications will be conducted. Vetting/security clearance appropriate for the position level is mandatory.
