Senior Administrative Officer
- JOB TITLE: Senior Administrative
- Officer SALARY GROUP: Junior Official
- LOCATION: South Gauteng Region

Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma / Degree in Administration, Business Management or Accounting
- Grade 12
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in General Office Administration, of which at least 1 year should be in Project Management, Facility
Management or Accounts Payable
Added Advantage:
- Certificate In Project Management
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Office administrative support to the project office.
- Consolidates spreadsheet of projected cash flows.
- Compiles capex payment documentation.
- Consolidates master plan of region’s capex projects.
Training and Knowledge:
- Company policies and procedures and internal processes and systems.
- Basic understanding of relevant legislation: BCEA. PFMA.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Programme Manager
- JOB TITLE: Programme Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years B Degree or B Tech in Quantity Surveying / Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Building Science or Town Planning.
- Grade 12.
- Registration as a candidate with SACPCMP / SACQSP / SACAP / ECSA.
- Valid Driver’s license.
Experience:
- 5 years relevant Project Management experience in the construction and / or property industry.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Leads scoping planning, designing and closing of projects
- Develops and manages project plan or life cycle
- Manages payment to suppliers on SAP.
- Manages the risk and compliance of projects with suppliers.
- Manages human resources and project documentation.
Training and Knowledge
- Public Finance Management Act 1999, Preferential Procurement Policy Act 5 of 2000, Broad Based Black Economic Act 53 of 2003, Construction Industry.
- Building Regulations, Occupational Health & safety Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, PMBOK (nine knowledge areas).
- Policies and Procedures, Project activity coordination, NEC, FIDIC & JBCC contracts, MS Projects, SAP system.

Quantity Surveyor
- JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or B Tech. in Quantity Surveying
- Valid driver’s license
- Grade 12
Experience:
- 3 years relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction and / or property industry.
Added Advantage:
- Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
- Plans, develops, leads and manages the implementation of multiple programmes in the region.
- Risk Management.
- Liaison with clients, various stakeholders and local authorities.
Training and Knowledge:
- Sound understanding of relevant legislations e.g., PFMA, BCEA, Construction Industry Development Board Act etc. Knowledge of GCC, JBCC, FIDIC, NEC and PROCSA Contracts.
- Quantity Surveying and Project Cost Accounting
- MS Office and well-developed computer skills in Win QS or relevant Quantity Surveying software
