The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and responsible person to represent the organization both telephonically (switchboard) and at the reception desk in a professional manner at all times, provide administrative tasks in the form of telephone accounts, liaise with contracted service providers and IT for fault reporting and other queries, assist staff with faxing, barring, unbarring and bin codes for telephones. All fault reporting/ quotations/ assist setting up voice mail queries/ conference calls.

Requirements:

Requirements:
