Requirements:

- 02 to 03 years relevant experience in admin within the automotive industry.
Duties:
- Handles all external and internal queries regarding Mechanical for minimisation of complaints and improvements of the essential services.
- Ensures that all tasks delegated by the executive director, director of the Public Safety & Roads and the respective section heads are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested.
- To ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- General admin duties for Mechanical section by: Undertaking routine correspondence duties by drafting replies and returns where necessary for future reference with mechanical workshops.
- Performing fast and accurate typing duties for the Superintendent / Foreman of the mechanical section by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to effective operation of the administration within the section.
- To ensure an effective admin function of the Mechanical section.
- Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.

- Studying towards a legal qualification will be a strong recommendation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- The ideal candidate for this post has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem.

- 3 years’ relevant experience related to administrative duties.
- Experience within a legal environment will be an added advantage.
Duties:
Responsible for performing routine day-to-day legal assistance:
- Administrative services.
- Providing support to the legal team – ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, procedures and legislation.
- Do necessary research on legal matters and queries.
- Prepare affidavits and specific documents for signing.
General administrative duties including:
- Photocopies
- Answering and directing phone calls and receiving clients
Drafting of documents and letters from existing templates/formats or as otherwise instructed.
Keep cases organised by maintaining a filing system, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, input information into file database.
Provide legal assistance:
- Scheduling meetings (depositions, statements).
- Drafting responses, preparing and filing of discovery requests.
- Administrative support.
Assist with Valuation Roll administration.
Assist with MPAC meetings (drafting minutes and liaison with members).
Perform any other related ad hoc tasks as requested or instructed by supervisor (management) from time to time.
