Main Purpose
The Improvement Co-Ordinator Graduate is responsible for driving the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC & L) tools and methodologies within a plant.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Improvement coordinator graduate is responsible for the following:
- Support Improvement Coordinator with the implementation on time of all the standards and best practices related to supply chain management of the plant, as a project leader, under the PC&L Improvement Coordinator priority guidance, for serial life but also for upcomming programs, as a support,
- Improvement and support data tracking tools to manage Alerts and closing of picking alerts.
- The update of all the standards in place for the plant ( Digitalization, automation) and their adequate diffusion within the plant ( including Documentation/instruction), as preferred contact point of PC&L improvements and PC&L projects network.
- Systems and tool usage: New KPI implementation Follow up (Incl. Pod KPI), (Parametrization for FCS for ex, Process readiness in the shop floor for example)
- Process adherence to standards: co responsibility into FES X.O audit, ICB compliance, FCP and guideline compliance (ex 7DB, 7IB)
- Support the Improvement of the Plant PC&L improvement plan ( tools, process, benchmarks) and ensure the adherence to PC&L standards (FCP), ICB, HSE, Safety and FES guidelines, lead the eventual convergence plan related to PC&L
- Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager.
- Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions
Requirements
Qualification/s
The minimum qualification/s required for this position is/are:
- Diploma, degree or Masters in Industrial Engineering or Supply chain
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in operations, especially in production or supply chain in the Automotive industry are advantageous
- Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Openness to new ideas
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
