The one-year entry-level programme will provide participants with valuable workplace experience and skills development within one of our South African offices. Through exposure to different business functions, learners will contribute to the effective operation of these functions while gaining practical work experience.

Maersk is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• South African citizenship
• Completed Grade 12 certificate
• Additional tertiary qualifications are advantageous
• Not currently employed permanently
• Less than 2 years of work experience
• Between the ages of 18 – 30 years old
• Commitment to the 12-month programme

In addition to these requirements:

Maersk seek candidates with strong academic records, computer literacy skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively are also important qualities. Collaboration within a team environment is key as well as maintaining a positive attitude.
